door to door market launch
Knockdesk is field sales software for a door to door market launch. You draw the territory from an address or a serviceability list, cut turf, watch saturation, reconcile the vendor file, and run a launch contest. The sample deal on this page, Oak Ave install, is a fixture. It is not a customer launch.

The list
A new market canvassing plan starts with a boundary, not a pin with no owner. Draw a polygon, a circle around the first address, or a rectangle. Or pick a zip, a county, or a state. A CSV of pins from the serviceability list becomes turf inside that territory. Fiber market launch canvassing uses the same draw screen, with one vendor on the turf.
Polygon, radius around an address, or rectangle. Zip, county, or state when you pick a shape.
A CSV of pins from the serviceability list, or pins already on the map.
Required on the turf. The weekly visit target can sit on the territory or the turf.
The cut
Two crews cannot claim the same pins. A new turf has to sit inside the territory, and it cannot overlap turf you already cut. Assign the turf, then the route is unfinished stops on turf they hold.
The coverage
Saturation on this desk is coverage on the turf, not a colored shape on a slide. Not Home still saves and still counts. Do Not Contact and Invalid Address do not. The weekly visit target scores behind, on track, or ahead from the product's pace math. The draw settings sit on sales territory mapping.
| What you watch | On the turf |
|---|---|
| Visited pin | The visit saved. Coverage moves. |
| Not Home | Still a visit. Still coverage. |
| Do Not Contact | Marks as DNC. The pin leaves coverage. |
| Invalid Address | Marks as Invalid. The pin is left out of coverage. |
| Weekly visit target | 1 to 100,000 visits a week, or blank. Ahead starts at 110 percent. On track starts at 90 percent. |
The file
A launch that counts claimed Sold and the vendor file separately will fight on Friday. Knockdesk matches the file to a won deal, then pays the vendor rate whose window contains the confirmation moment. The rep column must be the CRM email, exact. Names are not matched. If neither a vendor rate nor a default organization rate exists, the amount stays empty. The product never invents a rate. The match rules sit on commission tracking.
| Rule | In the product |
|---|---|
| Rep match | CRM email, exact. An email match adds 40 to confidence. |
| Exact address | Adds 50 to confidence. |
| Auto-confirm threshold | Default 80. Below that, the row goes to the review queue. |
| No rate | The amount stays empty. No commission row is written. |
The game
A launch contest that lives in a group chat cannot stay a draft, hold Head to head at invite only, or score Confirmed sales. Start the game on Compete, pick the metric, save as draft, then Activate and make it live. Eligibility can require finished onboarding. Nine formats sit on sales contests. Territory War stays with admins.
Reps do not see a draft. Make it live when the turf is assigned.
Knocks, Conversations, Appointments, or Confirmed sales. Confirmed sales follows the vendor file.
Open, Invite only, or Automatic. Head to head stays invite only.
The week
Fiber market launch canvassing is the days after the list is turf, not a kickoff deck. The sample week on this page, with Tuesday at 82 knocks, is a fixture. It is not a customer launch week. The driving order of unfinished stops sits on sales route planning.
