Who we are

KnockDesk is a field sales product operated by RevRisr ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use knockdesk.com, the KnockDesk web and mobile apps, and related services.

Questions: hello@knockdesk.com.

What this policy covers

It covers visitors to this website, people who start a trial, and users invited into an organization. If your company buys KnockDesk, that company is the customer. We process their field and CRM data to provide the product.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us, what the product records in the field, and what is created as you use the desk.

  • Account: name, email, password or SSO, role, and profile details.
  • Organization: company name, seats, billing email, and settings.
  • Field work: knocks, outcomes, notes, pins, turf, routes, and GPS when location is on.
  • People you log: lead and deal details your team enters, including names, phones, addresses, and follow-ups.
  • Tape: door recordings, transcripts, summaries, and coaching scores where the plan includes conversation intelligence.
  • Performance: competitions, standings, rewards, and activity used to run the board.
  • Billing: plan, seats, and payment status. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
  • Device and usage: app version, approximate device data, and logs needed to keep the product up.
  • Website: pages viewed and standard cookies needed to run the site and remember theme.

How we use it

We use this information to run KnockDesk: log doors, show coverage, write notes from the tape, coach reps, run competitions, bill seats, secure accounts, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Location

KnockDesk uses location so a knock can be tied to a door and so managers can see coverage. Location is collected when a user grants permission on the device. You can turn device location off; some field features will not work without it. Map tiles may be served by map providers that receive an approximate position to draw the map.

Recordings and conversation intelligence

On plans that include the tape, KnockDesk can record a knock, transcribe it, write notes, update the CRM, and score the pitch. Audio and text are processed by our systems and by subprocessors that provide transcription or model services. The customer is responsible for telling reps and prospects when a conversation is recorded and for following recording-consent laws in the places they knock.

Who we share it with

We share information with people in your organization who are allowed to see it (admins, managers, assigned reps), and with vendors who help us run the product: hosting, maps, email, transcription, and Stripe. We may share information if the law requires it, or if we sell or reorganize the business, under the same protections.

Retention and security

We keep account and field data while the organization is active and for a limited period after, unless the customer asks us to delete it sooner or the law requires a longer hold. Recordings and exports follow the same org settings. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices. No method of storage is perfect.

Your rights

You can update your profile in the app. Organization admins can export user or org data from Settings → Privacy. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to close an account, by writing to the email above. If you are in a place with additional privacy rights, we will honor requests the law requires. We may need to verify who is asking.

Children

KnockDesk is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date on this page and, when required, notify account owners.
