field sales operations software
Field sales operations software is how a manager sees who is on the roster, where onboarding stands, and which report already emailed a file. Knockdesk is field sales software for that desk. It is the operations view of a crew that already knocks, not a job posting.

The roster
A manager opens the roster and sees the people on it: name, turf, whether they are active, and the knocks they logged. Turf is the pack cut inside a territory you already drew. New turf cannot overlap turf already cut. The roster is that list of people and the turf they hold.
Name, turf, and active or not. A manager sees the people on the roster for the teams they can open.
Knocks, talks, and appointments sit on the person. The list is the crew, not a chat that still tags last season.
Each person can show the turf they hold. A new turf has to sit inside the territory and cannot overlap turf already cut.
The hire
Onboarding state is Not started, In progress, Completed, or Manually Completed. My Onboarding stays in the sidebar until Completed or Manually Completed. The product does not block a knock from that list. A contest can still require finished onboarding before someone is eligible to join.
| State | What the manager can trust |
|---|---|
| Not started | The template is assigned and the work has not begun. Knocks are still allowed. |
| In progress | My Onboarding is still in the sidebar. Required tasks can stay sequential. Knocks are still allowed. |
| Completed | Required tasks are done. My Onboarding hides. |
| Manually Completed | An admin marked the assignment done. My Onboarding hides. |
| Contest eligibility | A game can require finished onboarding. That gate is who may join the game. It is not a lock on the knock. |
The file
Operations needs the file, not a second product kept in sync. Save a report, export it, or schedule it. Recipients get the export by email. Import and export on this desk stay import and export.
The capacity
Capacity analytics can show idle minutes and utilization rate. The Rep Utilization Report reads clocked time, active time, break, idle, and utilization by rep. Clocked In and Knocking remain shift states. They are not a second hours column standing in for that rate.
