Door to door sales software for the team at the door

Knockdesk is field sales software for door-to-door teams. It is door to door sales software that puts the territory on a map, cuts that territory into turf a rep can finish, and logs every knock when it happens. Managers see the same pins. Reps carry the door to door sales app on iOS or Android, including when the phone has no signal.

The week

What it does for door-to-door teams

A door to door sales platform has one job: stop the week from being rebuilt out of memory. Knockdesk is d2d sales software for the owner, the manager, and the rep. The owner draws the next territory from the desk. The manager sees who is in which turf and which doors are still open. The rep's home screen is the next door, not a report about the whole company.

The same visit becomes the rest of the day. An interested door can open a lead on that pin. A recorded conversation can be scored against your script. A contest can sit on the knocks the team already logged. Commission follows the vendor on a sale you confirm. One door to door sales application covers the map, the knock, the coaching, the board, and the pay.

It is built for US teams that sell in person: fiber, pest, solar, security, roofing, and home services, and business-to-business teams that walk in to local accounts. It is not built for political canvassing, and it is not retail software for shelf audits or order taking.

Territory

Turf, knocks, and verified doors

The first thing you build is a territory. Draw a polygon, a circle, or a box, or pull a ZIP, a county, or a state shape. Assign it to a team or one rep and set how many visits the week should hold. Turf is the piece of that territory a rep can finish in a day. Cut it with a lasso, drop in a list, or fill it from the doors already inside the shape. One vendor per turf, so the product and the pay stay attached to the work.

Each pin is a door with a history: unvisited, visited, someone home, converted, do not contact, or a bad address. Nobody-home is coverage. It is not a hole. A door to door sales tracking app that only counts appointments hides the work that kept the next rep from knocking the same house. Knockdesk marks a knock that is not at the door as unverified, so a streak of those visits is visible while the shift is still open.

Reps only see the doors that are theirs. Two crews do not inherit the same list. While the shift is open, the map shows who is in the territory, on which turf, and at which door.

Work the turf with no signal

Door-to-door work dies in the places with the worst signal. Knockdesk keeps the knock on the phone and sends it when the signal comes back. The pin, the outcome, and a recording the rep chose to make all wait together. The evening is not a second shift of typing the day back in.

You choose what reps may open. Assigned doors only, prospecting inside territories you mark, or anywhere. Some teams sell a bought list. Some teams fill the gaps between the pins. The policy is yours, and it is the same policy on every phone.

The conversation

Recording and coaching at the door

The door to door sales approach your company actually uses is the standard. Write the steps once: opening, rapport, discovery, presentation, objections, and close. Publish them. When a rep records a knock, consent is a step on the phone. They can skip the tape and still log the outcome.

Knockdesk writes a recap from the tape: who spoke, how long the rep talked, how long they listened, the objections, and the follow-up the door asked for. The score marks each step used, missed, or not this door. The score does not replace the outcome the rep logged. You hear the visit later. There is no live whisper in the rep's ear.

The inbox is the step the team is dropping. Assign a lesson, field practice, or a one-on-one. Later conversations show whether the step showed up. Your own script and product documents can be cited in the score, so the advice is yours.

Compete

Contests on the knocks you already log

A door to door salesman app that only stores contacts leaves motivation in the group text. Compete puts a board on the work Knockdesk already has: the knock, the outcome, the contact, the lead, the appointment, or the deal. You set what a completed knock is worth, so nobody-home and an appointment are not secretly the same score.

Run a sprint, a marathon, a head-to-head, a team battle, a territory war, a survivor cut, an achievement race, or a bracket. Rank is visible while the day is still happening. You stock the rewards. Reps redeem. You approve and hand them out.

Commissions by vendor

A sold door and a sale you will pay are different. Commission follows that vendor's rate on the day you confirm the sale. If the vendor has no rate, your default applies. If there is still no rate, the line stays unset until you set one. Knockdesk does not invent a rate.

Confirm the sale yourself or match it to the vendor's file. Dispute it, void it, or send it to review. The line can be commission, a bonus, an adjustment, or a reversal. Goals that count confirmed sales use this number, not the hopeful one from the porch. One vendor per turf keeps the product and the pay on the same work.

Industries

Industries that sell door to door

The ground changes by industry. The job does not. Assign the territory, see which doors were worked, coach the conversation that happened there, and give the crew a contest tied to that work. Roofing, telecommunications, and home improvement each have a page for how that day looks in Knockdesk.

The same door to door sales software also fits fiber, pest, solar, and security crews, and merchant-services or business-telecom teams that walk in rather than knock a residence. You are still assigning turf and logging a visit. You are not running a shelf audit.

Consent

Recording and the law where you knock

You are responsible for telling reps and prospects when a conversation is recorded, and for the recording law where the visit happens. Consent is a step in the knock. Skipping the tape is allowed. The visit can still be logged.

Knockdesk processes a tape you choose to keep so it can write notes and coach. It does not overwrite the outcome the rep logged. Read the privacy policy for how account, field, and recording data is handled. A trial length and a setup fee are not published. Trials are not open yet.

Full desk

Pricing

Knockdesk has one plan, Full desk. There is no free plan and no second tier. Anyone who signs in is a seat: a rep in the field, a manager on the desk, or an admin who runs the week. A manager seat costs the same as a rep seat. The published rate is on the pricing page.

Compare

What to check against SalesRabbit, RepCard, and Knockio

Buyers comparing door to door sales software usually put Knockdesk next to SalesRabbit, RepCard, and Knockio. This page does not state their prices or their feature lists. Those figures are not in a checked Knockdesk source, and a number copied from memory would be the wrong fact to rank on.

Use the same questions on each product. Does a finished door stay finished for the next rep? Can the rep log the knock with no signal? Is recording opt-in, and does the score leave the rep's outcome alone? Can you point a contest at a real outcome instead of raw knocks? Does commission follow the vendor on a sale you confirm? Is there one published price per user, or a stack of tiers you have to open a call to learn?

Knockdesk's answer on price is one Full desk plan. Open pricing for the rate. Book a walkthrough and the first territory is drawn with you. The store listing URLs for the iOS and Android apps are not published on this page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is door to door sales software?

Door to door sales software is the system a canvassing team uses to assign territory, log each knock, and see what is still open. Knockdesk is field sales software that does that on one map, then keeps the conversation, the lead, the contest, and the commission on the same visit.

Is Knockdesk a door to door sales app?

Yes. Reps use the Knockdesk door to door sales app on iOS and Android. Managers and owners use the web app. The phone keeps the knock when there is no signal and syncs when the signal returns. App Store and Play listing URLs are not published.

What is d2d sales software supposed to track?

Track the territory, the turf, and every visit: not home, no answer, interested, appointment, sold, do not contact, and the outcomes you add. Nobody-home is coverage. A knock that is not at the door is marked unverified.

Does the door to door sales tracking app work offline?

Yes. Reps can log a visit with no signal. A recording they chose to make waits on the phone too. Both sync when the phone is online again.

Can I record a door to door sales approach?

Recording is optional and consent-based. The tape is scored against the steps you published. The score does not overwrite the outcome the rep logged. You are responsible for the recording law where the visit happens.

How much does Knockdesk cost?

Full desk is on the pricing page. Every person who signs in is a seat at that price. There is no free plan and no second tier.

Does Knockdesk replace SalesRabbit, RepCard, or Knockio?

Those are products buyers compare with door to door sales software. This page does not quote their prices. Compare offline logging, turf ownership, consent-based recording, contests on real outcomes, and vendor commission, then open their sites for their number.

Is a trial open?

Trials are not open yet. Book a walkthrough and the first territory is drawn with you. A trial length and a setup fee are not published.
