Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and RevRisr for the KnockDesk product: the website, web app, and mobile apps. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using KnockDesk, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use KnockDesk for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. Questions: hello@knockdesk.com.

The service

KnockDesk is software for field sales: knock logging, maps and turf, competitions and rewards, CRM records, and, on eligible plans, recording, transcription, and coaching. Features depend on the plan and entitlements on the account. We may change or discontinue features with notice when the change is material.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. The organization owner is responsible for who they invite, what roles they assign, and how the team uses the product. You are responsible for activity under your login.

Trials, seats, and payment

Trials last 14 days unless we say otherwise. After the trial, paid use requires a subscription billed per seat through Stripe. Fees are due in advance for the billing period you choose. Unused time is not refunded unless the law requires it. Seat counts must match people who use the product. Taxes may apply. If payment fails, we may suspend access after notice.

Customer data

You and your organization own the data you put into KnockDesk: knocks, notes, leads, recordings, and files. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data only to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your field book.

Location and recordings

Field features may collect GPS to verify a door and show coverage. Recording and conversation intelligence are optional plan features. You must get any consent the law requires before recording a conversation, and you must follow local two-party or one-party recording rules. We are not responsible for how your team uses the tape in the field.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse KnockDesk. That includes breaking the law, stalking or harassing people, scraping the service, probing security without permission, uploading malware, impersonating others, or using the product to process data you have no right to store. We may suspend an account that creates risk for other customers or for us.

Conversation intelligence

Notes, summaries, and coaching scores are generated from the recording. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are a tool for the desk, not legal, HR, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for what your team does with those outputs.

Our intellectual property

KnockDesk, the mark, and the software are owned by RevRisr. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the product during a paid or trial subscription. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that coverage, GPS, or AI output will be complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, RevRisr is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for KnockDesk in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify RevRisr against claims that arise from your data, your recordings, your team's use of the product, or your breach of these Terms.

Term and termination

You may stop using KnockDesk and cancel in-app or by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. After termination, we may delete customer data after a reasonable wind-down, except where the law requires us to keep it. Export what you need before you close the account.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the product and cancel.
