KnockDesk

sales activity tracking software

See the visit they logged.

Knockdesk is field sales software for teams that sell in person. Sales activity tracking software here is the visit outcome on the pin, the verified or unverified badge, and the activity log that follows clock-in, the route, and the knock. A sheet filled after the shift is not that log.

The week

What field sales activity tracking shows after the door

Field sales activity tracking in Knockdesk is the visits already logged, not a guess on a whiteboard. The days on this page are a sample week of knocks and talks. They are not a customer result. The live shift sits on sales rep tracking. This page is the outcome that landed.

The visit

How a sales visit tracking app writes the pin

A sales visit tracking app is thin if the outcome lives in a chat. Knockdesk writes the visit when the rep completes it at the pin, then maps that outcome through Outcome Stages.

  1. 1The rep clocks in. A check in app for sales reps on this desk starts on that clock-in, then Start Knock at the door. Shift states run Offline, Clocked In, Selecting Route, On Route, At Door, Knocking, On Break, and Idle.
  2. 2They pick an outcome stage. Creates Lead opens a lead from the knock. Show on Deal Board adds that stage as a deal column.
  3. 3Inside Location Verification Maximum Distance, default 100 meters, the visit is verified. Outside that radius, Log visit still saves with an Unverified visit badge.
  4. 4The activity log can write clock-in, clock-out, break start and end, route start and end, knock start and end, a quick knock, lead created, deal created, and deal closed.
  5. 5A sales visit report app is that completed visit: the outcome, notes, follow-up if the stage requires it, and the unverified badge when GPS was outside the radius.

Two desks

What the manager reads and what the rep writes

The manager reads the log and the outcomes. The rep writes the visit at the pin. Neither seat rebuilds the day on a sheet.

  • Manager

The activity log, unverified visits, and the outcomes that map to leads and deal columns. Admins set which events the log writes.

  • Rep

Clock-in, Start Knock or Log visit, the outcome stage, notes and follow-up when the stage requires them, then Complete visit.

The sheet

Versus a spreadsheet

A sheet can list names after the shift. It does not verify GPS, keep an Unverified visit badge, or map an outcome to Creates Lead. The table is an example, not a customer day.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does sales activity tracking software do in Knockdesk?

It keeps the visit outcome on the pin, marks verified versus unverified visits, and writes an activity log for clock-in, routes, knocks, leads, and deals.

Is this a check in app for sales reps?

Clock-in starts the shift. Start Knock is the check-in at the door. Both can write to the activity log when those events are on.

What is a sales visit report app on this desk?

The completed visit: outcome, notes, follow-up when required, and an Unverified visit badge when GPS was outside Location Verification Maximum Distance. Export a saved report as PDF, Excel, or CSV if you need a file.

How does sales call reporting software work here?

The call or visit report is the outcome the rep logged, not a blank form. Sales call reporting software on this desk is that visit plus an exported file from Analytics.

Which visits are unverified?

Log visit outside Location Verification Maximum Distance, default 100 meters. The visit still saves. The badge is Unverified visit.

Does Not Home still count?

Yes. Not Home still saves and still counts as coverage. Do Not Contact and Invalid Address do not count toward coverage.

Which plan includes the activity log?

Full desk is the only Knockdesk plan. It is Full desk. A free trial is not open.

The log

Bring the visit that never hit the pin.

We will open the activity log on the walkthrough and complete one outcome on an address. Full desk is on the pricing page. A free trial is not open.
