How to configure outcomes in Knockdesk is a list the rep picks after End Knock. Knockdesk is field sales software. Open Outcome & Pipeline Settings, stay on Outcome Stages, then Add Stage. Set the Display Name and the knock behavior before a rep uses it at the door.
Book a Walkthrough- 1Open Outcome & Pipeline Settings. This screen is for admins. Stay on the Outcome Stages tab.
- 2Choose Add Stage. Enter a Display Name. That is the label the rep sees.
- 3Set Contact Collection to None, Optional, or Required.
- 4Turn on the knock switches you need: Creates Lead, Requires Notes, Requires Follow-up, Marks as DNC, or Marks as Invalid.
- 5Set Points Awarded if this outcome should add points. Turn on Show on Deal Board if it should appear as a deal column.
- 6Save the stage. Drag the list to change display order. That order is the order at the door.
After the door
The stage is the rule, not a nickname
Add Stage on Outcome Stages is how a new result gets a rule. Marks as DNC takes the pin off the knock list. Requires Notes stops Complete visit until the note is there. A crew that invents outcomes in a group chat leaves Friday with a stage the desk cannot score.
