sales rep accountability
Hold sales rep accountability to the verified visit
Sales rep accountability is a verified visit on turf the rep already holds, a clock they started, and a record both sides can open. Knockdesk is field sales software for that standard. The phone tells the rep why location is on. A knock not at the door is unverified.

The door
Field sales accountability starts when the knock is at the door
A verified visit is a knock at the door, on a pin the rep was assigned. A knock not at the door is unverified. The visit can still save. Accountability is that badge on the visit the rep logged. Do-not-contact pins stay off the knock list and do not count toward coverage.

The clock
The GPS clock and Auto-Clock show the shift they started
The rep turns Active on. Location is required, and the phone says Knockdesk needs it to verify knocks and record the route while they are clocked in. Auto-Clock can start the shift when a route starts or when a knock starts. Clocked In versus Knocking are shift states. There is no separate working-time versus knocking-time hours column.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The rep clocked in with location. The shift can show Clocked In. |
| Auto-Clock | Can start the shift when a route starts, or when a knock starts, if that setting is on. |
| Clocked In | The shift has started. This is not the same as standing at a door. |
| Knocking | The rep is in the knock. Clocked In versus Knocking are states, not two hour totals. |
The alert
Alerts name a gap the crew can answer
Alerts open from the shift the rep was supposed to be in. They are late clock-in, no-show, extended inactivity, and a streak of unverified visits. The rep already saw the location notice when they clocked in. A manager uses the alert to ask what happened, not to guess from a blank map.
Late clock-in
15 minutes past the scheduled start. Over 30 minutes late, severity is Warning.
No-show
2 hours past the scheduled start with no clock-in. Severity is Critical.
Inactivity
A quiet route or a silent phone can open inactivity. Extended inactivity opens once that gap has been open 30 minutes.
Unverified streak
10 finished visits in a row outside the GPS verification radius. Severity is Warning. A knock not at the door stays unverified.
The person
Rep 360 is one person you already lead
Rep 360 assembles one person for the window you pick: activity, pipeline, conversations, coaching, training, the contest, and how the time was used. A pasted talk in Coach is scored on opening, rapport, discovery, presentation, objections, and close. There is no script import. A manager opens the people they lead. You read the same visit they logged.
- 1Open Rep 360 for a person you lead and pick the window.
- 2Read activity next to Clocked In versus Knocking so a long clock is not mistaken for doors.
- 3Open an unverified visit before you review it. A knock not at the door is unverified even if the outcome was logged.
- 4Use an alert as the reason to look: late clock-in, no-show, extended inactivity, or an unverified streak.
- 5Paste a talk into Coach when a step is missing. The steps are opening, rapport, discovery, presentation, objections, and close. There is no script import. Recording is opt-in. Consent is a step. Skip still logs the outcome. A score does not replace the logged outcome.
