Why a visit is marked unverified is a GPS check, not a deleted knock. Knockdesk is field sales software. When Log visit runs farther from the pin than the knock radius, the visit still saves. The toast says Unverified visit. The log reads Unverified visit log.
Book a Walkthrough- 1Turn location on. Log visit will not start without GPS.
- 2Open the pin and choose Log visit.
- 3If you are farther from the pin than Location Verification Maximum Distance, a toast says you are outside the knock radius and the visit will be logged as unverified.
- 4Pick the outcome and Complete visit. The visit stays on the pin with an Unverified visit badge.
- 5Open the knock later if you need to see Unverified visit log instead of Visit log.
The radius
Unverified is a badge, not a void
The knock radius is Location Verification Maximum Distance on System Settings. The desk default is 100 meters when that setting has not been changed. Start Knock is the timed visit when you have arrived. Log visit is the path that still writes the door when you are outside that radius. A streak of unverified visits can show as Unverified Visit Streak for a manager. The visit is still there.

Unverified visit. You are outside the knock radius. This visit will be logged as unverified.
The log
The knock title becomes Unverified visit log when location was not verified.
The setting
Admins set Maximum Distance under Location Verification. That distance is the knock radius.
