How to log a knock in Knockdesk is a visit that sits on the address, including when the signal drops. Knockdesk is field sales software. Open the pin, use Start Knock for a timed visit or Log visit for the outcome only, then End Knock and Complete visit.
Book a Walkthrough- 1Open the pin on the map, or arrive on a route stop. Location must be on. Log visit will not start without GPS.
- 2Choose Start Knock for a timed visit at the door, or Log visit to save the outcome without the timed session.
- 3If recording is on for the desk, Enable Recording? appears before Start Knock continues. Confirm consent, or choose Skip Recording.
- 4When the talk is over, choose End Knock.
- 5If the pin has more than one vendor, pick who you are knocking for.
- 6Pick the outcome stage, add notes or follow-up if that stage requires them, then choose Complete visit.

Start Knock or Log visit is the choice at the pin. Start Knock keeps time at the door. Log visit writes the outcome and still saves when you are outside the knock radius, as an unverified visit. A door that only lives in a thread never hits Friday's number.
