Put the board on a TV

You put a leaderboard on a TV by opening the board the desk already ranked, then showing that browser page in the room. Knockdesk is field sales software with a Leaderboards tab, not a separate TV display control. An admin or sales manager opens Compete, then Leaderboards. A field sales rep opens Performance, then Leaderboards.

  1. 1Open Compete, then Leaderboards. A rep opens Performance, then Leaderboards. The board ranks every eligible rep on the same metric and window.
  2. 2Pick This week, This month, or All time. An admin can also filter All teams or one team. A sales manager sees the reps on the teams they lead.
  3. 3Leave that page open. Sign in on the computer or stick that will drive the TV, then connect the display. There is no Cast, Kiosk, or TV mode control on this desk.
  4. 4To show a live contest instead, open Games and open the live game. The stage is a dark broadcast-style board. It stays dark in light mode and dark mode alike.
  5. 5Reps show up as they log activity. If the window is empty, the board says nobody has scored yet. Widen the window or wait for the next knock.

The room

The same ranks the desk already uses

The TV is not a second score. It is the Leaderboards page, or the live game stage, on a bigger screen. Movers on the board are the reps who climbed since the last update. Do not invent a public link. Stay signed in on the machine in the room.

Can I filter one team on the TV?

An admin can. All teams is the default. A sales manager already sees the teams they lead.

Why is the board empty?
