How to build a route in Knockdesk is a list of stops left on turf a rep holds. Knockdesk is field sales software. Open Create route from the territory or the turf, filter the pins, select at least one stop, enter a Route name, then Create route. Visit order is optimized when you start.
Book a Walkthrough- 1Open the territory or turf pack and choose Create route, or open Routes and start a new route.
- 2Keep the territory or turf filter if you opened Create route from that place. Add another territory only if the stops span more than one.
- 3Filter pins. The default status filter is Unvisited. Change it if you need another pin status on the route.
- 4Select at least one pin as a stop. You can search, then check the stops in the order you want as a starting list.
- 5Enter a Route name. Description is optional.
- 6Choose Create route. When you start the route, visit order is optimized. Done stops stay done.

Create route from turf is the pack a rep can walk on Monday. The selector starts on Unvisited pins. A route with no stops will not save. Starting the route is what writes the driving order. Building the list in a notes app leaves Friday with a loop nobody finished.
