The season

How to use a summer sales blitz schedule template

Week 1 is onboarding and a small turf, and knocks still log during onboarding. Midweeks are the blitz. The last week is confirmed installs and turf handed back, not abandoned.

  1. 1Name the territory before week 1.
  2. 2Give week 1 a small turf. Do not wait on onboarding to allow knocks.
  3. 3Put the blitz on the weeks you actually have vans.
  4. 4Match the contest to a real format: Sprint, Marathon, Head to head, Team battle, Custom Team Challenge, Territory War, Survivor, Achievement race, or Bracket.
  5. 5Territory War stays with admins.
  6. 6End on confirmed installs and returned turf.

The stall

A calendar does not assign the pack

The sheet can name a blitz. It cannot put a rep on the turf or keep a Do Not Contact pin off the walk.

  • Week 1

Small turf. Knocks are allowed before onboarding finishes.

  • Blitz weeks

A block, a start, and a second pass on not-homes.

  • Week 12

Confirm what sold. Hand unfinished turf back.

Make the contest live

An admin or a sales manager saves the draft, then makes it live. The sheet's contest names are examples of those formats.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a 12 week summer sales contest calendar?

Twelve rows: turf focus, contest, training focus, and payday. Knockdesk is field sales software. The rows are an example season.

Where is the summer sales blitz schedule template?

Weeks 5, 6, and 9 on this sheet are the blitz. A summer sales blitz schedule template here is those rows, not a separate file.

Does week 1 block knocks until onboarding ends?

No. Onboarding does not block knocks. A contest can still require finished onboarding before a rep is eligible.

Can I download it without an email?

Yes. The CSV is on the page.

Are the contest names real formats?

Yes. Sprint, Marathon, Head to head, Team battle, Custom Team Challenge, Territory War, Survivor, Achievement race, and Bracket. Territory War is admin-only.

How much does Knockdesk cost for a summer crew?

Full desk is on the pricing page. A free trial is not open. There is no second Knockdesk tier.

Week 1

Bring the season that is still a blank grid.

We will cut the first turf, allow knocks during onboarding, and make one contest live. Full desk is on the pricing page. A free trial is not open.
