The sheet
How to fill the ranks the room can read
Keep the sheet thin. A wall or a TV cannot hold ten columns. Open the sales leaderboard template excel CSV in Excel, or choose File then Import in a sales leaderboard google sheets tab, then raise the font before you put that tab on a display.
- 1Keep three or four columns if this sheet goes on a TV: rank, rep, and the number.
- 2Pick one metric. The sample uses confirmed sales.
- 3Type a prize only on the row that earned it. The CSV has a prize cell. The TV preview hides it so the room can read the ranks.
- 4Open the CSV in Excel, or choose File then Import in Google Sheets.
- 5Raise the font before you put the tab on a display.

Limits of a spreadsheet
A sheet can hold names. It cannot watch the knock. Two TVs get two versions, and the contest still lives in a chat. Friday then asks who is first, and the tab does not match the turf.
