KnockDesk

field sales plan

Write the quarter before the second hire.

The quarter dies when the hire arrives before anyone named the territory. A field sales plan is the row that names the area, the owner, the visit load, and the quota. Knockdesk is field sales software for that territory and the turf you cut inside it. Download this field sales plan template. An outside sales plan template is the same sheet when the week lives on a route, not a call queue.

The row

How to fill a quarter on one row

Write the territory first. Then the owner. Then the load that owner can walk. Eastside Fiber cuts turf before the second hire. West Pest keeps callbacks on the route. South Solar needs both names on the bill. Those notes are examples, not a customer book.

  1. 1Name the territory on the row. Eastside Fiber is an example, not a customer area.
  2. 2Put one owner. Two names means nobody owns Friday.
  3. 3Households is the size of the area you drew.
  4. 4Weekly visits is the load that owner can walk.
  5. 5Keep hires at 0 until you can cut turf for the next person.
  6. 6Quota is confirmed sales on that territory, not a hope.
  7. 7Notes hold the rule that would otherwise live in a chat.

The stall

Limits of a spreadsheet

A row can name a territory. It cannot draw the polygon or hold a turf pack. The hire still shows up, and the visit number still lives in a cell that nobody updates after Tuesday.

Example only. These rows illustrate the stall. They are not a customer quarter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a field sales plan?

It is the quarter you can walk: territory, owner, visit load, hires, and quota on one row. Friday then has a boundary.

What is in this field sales plan template?

Horizon, territory, owner, households, weekly visits, hires, quota, and notes. The CSV is that row set. The HTML shows a filled example.

How is an outside sales plan template different?

It is the same sheet when the week lives on a route instead of a call queue. This page is both phrases. There is no second download.

What is territory versus turf?

The territory is the area you draw and assign. Turf is the work you cut inside it for one owner. The sheet can name both. It cannot draw them.

Should hires go on the row before turf is cut?

No. Keep hires at 0 until the next person has turf they can hold. Eastside Fiber in the example waits to cut turf before the second hire.

Can I import this CSV as a territory?

This file is a plan, not an address list. In Knockdesk you draw the territory, then cut turf by lasso, by a CSV of addresses, or from pins on the map.

Which plan includes territory mapping?

Full desk is the only Knockdesk plan. It is Full desk. A free trial is not open.
