door knocking spreadsheet
Door knocking spreadsheet for the pin you already hit
A door knocking spreadsheet is the list of doors you hit, with the territory, the turf, the postal address, and the outcome on the same row. Knockdesk is field sales software for that knock on the pin. This canvassing spreadsheet template is a CSV that opens in Excel and Google Sheets. No email is required.

How to fill this door to door sales tracking sheet
Write the row while you are at the door. A door to door tracker template that waits until the lot becomes a second typing shift. Not Home still counts as coverage. Do Not Contact stays off the next list.
- 1Name the rep, the territory, and the turf pack before the first knock.
- 2Write the postal address, city, and state for the pin you are standing at.
- 3Log the outcome on that row, including Not Home.
- 4Mark contact and appointment as 1 or 0 so Friday is not a story.
- 5Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Leave a Do Not Contact row off tomorrow's walk.
The stall
Where a door to door tracker template falls behind the pin
The sheet can hold an outcome. It cannot prove the rep was at the pin, and it cannot stop a typed Contact that never happened. Friday becomes a tally that does not match the turf.
Not Home
If nobody-home never gets a row, coverage looks empty and the callback never gets scheduled.
The lot
Outcomes typed after the drive are the ones that drift, get rounded, or vanish.
Do Not Contact
A DNC in a cell still shows up on tomorrow's walk unless someone deletes the row.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a door knocking spreadsheet?
A door knocking spreadsheet is one row per door: territory, turf, postal address, outcome, contact, and appointment. This CSV opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
Is this a canvassing spreadsheet template?
Yes. This canvassing spreadsheet template is the knock list for a walk. No email is required to download it.
What belongs on a door to door sales tracking sheet?
The rep, the territory, the turf, the postal address, the outcome, and whether the stop became a contact or an appointment. Not Home still gets a row.
How is a door to door tracker template different from a tally?
A door to door tracker template writes the pin. A tally in a thread does not say which postal address was hit, or whether it was Not Home.
Does Do Not Contact still count as coverage?
No. Not Home still counts as coverage on the walk. Do Not Contact stays off the next list.
How much does Knockdesk cost?
Full desk is on the pricing page. There is no second Knockdesk tier. A free trial is not open.
The knock
Log the door you are standing at.
