  1. 1Compliance: Hi, I am [name] with [company]. I am on this turf about pest service. If I record this visit I will say so first.
  2. 2Opening: I am walking this block for [company]. I want two minutes about what you use now for pests.
  3. 3Rapport: I have already been on a few porches on this turf. Have you seen ants, roaches, or rodents this season?
  4. 4Discovery: What service do you have now? Monthly, quarterly, or only when something shows up?
  5. 5Presentation: Here is the plan we actually run, the visit window, and the price. I will not invent a bug I have not asked about.
  6. 6Objections: If you already have a company I will log that. If price is the stop I can show the monthly number, not a made-up discount.
  7. 7Close: If yes, I write the start date on this address. If no, I log it and leave the card only if you want it.

How this pest control door to door script maps to Coach

Coach scores opening, rapport, discovery, presentation, objections, and close after the recording. A draft does not score talks. There is no whisper while the rep is still on the porch. These notes explain the pest pitch. They do not add a treatment the crew cannot run.

Annotations for this pest script. Not a customer week.
Coach stepWhat the line is forWhat the recording has to show
ComplianceName who you are and disclose a recording before you ask about pests. The homeowner heard the company and could refuse the file.
OpeningAsk what they use now. Do not open with a spray they did not request. The rep asked about current service before naming a plan.
RapportName the pests that actually show in this season: ants, roaches, or rodents. The talk asked what they have seen, not what the rep hoped to sell.
DiscoveryLearn if they are monthly, quarterly, or only when something shows up.The cadence came from the homeowner, not from a default package.
PresentationOffer the plan you actually run, the visit window, and the price. No invented insect. No treatment the technician cannot do.
ObjectionsLog an existing company. Show the monthly number if price is the stop. The rep did not talk them out of a contract they like, and did not invent a discount.
CloseWrite the start date, or log no. Leave a card only if they ask.The pin has a first-service date or a clean not-interested outcome.

Same roster, different door

Four pest pitches that change the line

Summer turf is not one speech. These four doors still happen on the same loop. Keep identification. Do not fill silence with a treatment you cannot do.

  • They already have a company

Log the company and leave. Do not spend the porch talking them out of a contract they like. If they want a comparison later, write a follow-up on the pin. Do not invent a cheaper plan on the step.

  • Nothing is showing this week

Ask what showed last warm week. If they have seen nothing, say so. A quarterly check is a plan you run. A made-up infestation is not.

  • The person at the door rents

Ask who pays for pest service. A renter can report ants. They may not sign a start date. Write the decision maker on the visit instead of forcing a yes.

  • They ask for a spray you do not run

Name the plan you actually run. If interior wildlife, bed bugs, or a chemical you do not carry is the ask, say you do not do that work. Log it. Do not sell a truck that will not arrive.

Before the pitch

Name the company. Disclose the recording.

The first line is who you are. Hi, I am [name] with [company]. I am on this turf about pest service. If I record this visit I will say so first. This pest control sales pitch is not approved by a carrier or a utility. Knockdesk does not publish a political canvassing variant.

  • Who you are

Say your name and the company before you ask what they use now for pests.

  • Recording

If you record, say so first. Skip Recording still logs the knock with no talk to score.

  • No invented treatment

Do not name a bug you have not asked about. Do not sell a service the technician cannot run.

  • No political walk

This is a pest sale on assigned turf. It is not a political canvassing script.

The first service that cancelled

The pitch dies when the start date never hits the pin

A pest control door to door script on paper still fails Friday. The rep invents a treatment, the start date lives in a chat, and the first service cancels before a technician arrives. The desk has to hold the outcome, the window, and the recording on the same address.

  • The invented bug

The homeowner never named rodents. The pitch still sold a rodent plan. The technician cannot do that visit, and the cancel lands before payday.

  • The unlogged existing company

The porch already had a monthly service. Nobody wrote it. The next loop knocks them again as if the pin were open.

  • The start date in a thread

Won looks true in chat. The visit never stored the first-service window. The office cannot dispatch what it cannot open.

  • The summer knock that never clocked

Headcount jumps. If the pitch is not recorded and the knock is not on the turf, ramp is a story in a one-on-one.
