KnockDesk

siding sales software

Siding sales software for the deposit and the install

You need siding sales software when the rep sells curb appeal or a storm replacement and pay depends on the install. Knockdesk is field sales software for the visit. It does not show material visualizers or weather maps, and it does not promise storm-damage results.

The wall

How siding crews sell

Siding door to door sales walks the elevation, takes a color choice the rep makes with the homeowner, and collects a deposit. A siding sales app has to keep the HOA neighborhood on a turf the crew can finish.

  • Curb appeal

A planned upgrade. The visit logs the choice, not a rendered wall.

  • Storm replacement

The crew may be there after weather. The desk does not claim damage or a covered repair.

  • Color

The rep and the homeowner pick it. Knockdesk does not visualize the product.

The stall

Problems managers run into

A siding canvassing app fails when the deposit is in and the install week has no owner on the turf.

  • HOA hold

The neighborhood cannot be knocked the way the next block can. The turf has to show that.

  • Deposit, no install

Money moved and the start never became a follow-up.

  • Weather story

A forecast in a group chat is not a visit log, and Knockdesk has no weather map.

  • Two colors, one pin

The choice changed and the original visit does not say so.

The desk

How Knockdesk is set up for this crew

Name outcomes for quoted, deposit, HOA pending, install set, and install paid. Outcome stages are configured by a manager, not applied as a preset. Draw the territory, cut turf, one vendor on the pack, and import addresses by CSV or Excel. Full desk is on the pricing page. A free trial is not open.

What a manager configures. Outcome labels are theirs to name.
PieceWhat the manager does
OutcomesAdd those labels. Follow-up holds the install week.
Territory and turfCut HOA blocks as their own turf so a hold does not hide inside a giant pack.
VendorOne siding vendor. Confirmation uses that saved rate.
ColorWrite the choice in the visit note. There is no visualizer.

The talk

Coach the elevation conversation

Consent before the file. Skip Recording still logs the outcome. Paste into Coach. Scoring remains opening, rapport, discovery, presentation, objections, and close. Nothing is imported.

  1. 1Ask what they dislike about the current wall, without promising a storm payout.
  2. 2Walk the elevations. Color choice stays a conversation, not a software render.
  3. 3State the deposit and the install week, and put both on the deal.
  4. 4Recap that install pay waits on your confirmation rule.

The crew

A Team battle for install week

Team battle fits two crews racing installs that were confirmed, not deposits that might fall off. An admin or sales manager posts the prize and makes it live. Onboarding does not block knocks. Eligibility can still require it.

  • Teams

Two crews, confirmed installs, one week.

  • Not weather

The battle counts logged installs. It does not read a radar.

  • Formats

Also Sprint, Marathon, Head to head, Custom Team Challenge, Territory War, Survivor, Achievement race, and Bracket. Territory War is admin-only.

The install

Commissions, vendors, and install pay

Confirm when the install is the payable event. A falloff after the deposit is a void if that pay should reverse. Rate order is vendor, then organization default, then empty.

How pay is written. Knockdesk does not invent a rate.
JobWhat Knockdesk does
Vendor rateThe rate at confirmation is the vendor rate saved for that moment.
Organization defaultOnly if that vendor has no rate. If both are missing, the amount stays empty.
No invented rateNothing is filled in from memory.
VoidA reversal is the existing amount times negative one.
DisputeThe ledger stays until confirm or void.

The block

Compliance in an HOA neighborhood

This is general information, not legal advice. The walkthrough shows how the visit is logged.

  • HOA

Approval is the company's step. Mark the turf so the crew does not treat a hold as open pins.

  • Storm work

Do not log a promise that insurance will pay. Knockdesk has no claims desk.

  • Recording

Ask at the door. A no still saves the outcome without a file.

  • Do Not Contact

Those pins stay off the list and do not count toward coverage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is siding sales software here?

Territory, turf, the visit, the deposit, and install pay. Knockdesk is field sales software. It does not render materials or map weather.

Is a siding sales app a visualizer?

No. A siding sales app here stores the rep's color choice on the visit. The picture stays outside the product.

What does a siding canvassing app keep?

The knock, the outcome, and the turf, including an HOA block you cut on purpose.

How do siding door to door sales treat storm work?

Log the visit. Do not promise a covered repair. Knockdesk does not take insurance claims.

When is the rep paid?

When you confirm, at the vendor rate or the organization default. Leave it empty if neither rate exists.

How much does Knockdesk cost for a siding crew?

Full desk is on the pricing page. A free trial is not open. There is no second Knockdesk tier.
