Book a Walkthrough- 1Start Knock on the pin. Enable Recording? opens when recording is on for the desk.
- 2Read the notice. In many places you must obtain consent before recording. The rep is the one who asks.
- 3Choose Verbal Consent if the other party agreed out loud, Written Consent if they signed, or Will Record Consent if you will ask on the file.
- 4Choose Start Recording to begin, or Skip Recording to continue the knock with no file.
- 5If you need to leave without starting, cancel the knock from that prompt.

Verbal, written, or will record consent is the stop on Enable Recording. The score later is a read of the talk for coaching. It does not overwrite the outcome the rep logged. A file that starts before anyone agreed is not a coaching asset. It is a risk.
