How to record a conversation in Knockdesk is a file that starts after the rep confirms consent. Knockdesk is field sales software. Choose Start Knock. When recording is on for the desk, Enable Recording? appears. Pick how consent was obtained, then Start Recording, or choose Skip Recording.
Book a Walkthrough- 1Open the pin and choose Start Knock.
- 2When Enable Recording? opens, read the consent prompt. Knockdesk does not ask the other party for you.
- 3Choose Verbal Consent, Written Consent, or Will Record Consent.
- 4Choose Start Recording to begin the file, or Skip Recording to continue the knock with no file.
- 5Talk at the door. End Knock when the visit is over. The file uploads with the knock.
- 6Open the knock later to play the recording. Managers can keep a file so it is not deleted after 30 days.
