Methodology
Seed roles, then pair the ends
List eight roles and number them 1 through 8. Pair seed 1 with seed 8, seed 4 with seed 5, seed 2 with seed 7, and seed 3 with seed 6. That is the first round. Bracket is a real Compete format. Do not put a customer name in a seed.
