Home solicitation or cooling-offSection 2-501 defines a home solicitation sale as a consumer credit sale of goods, other than farm equipment, or services, in which the seller or a person acting for the seller personally solicits the sale at a residence of the buyer and the buyer's agreement or offer to purchase is given to the seller there. It does not include a sale under a preexisting revolving charge account, or a sale with prior negotiations at a fixed business establishment where the goods or services are offered. Section 2-502 lets the buyer cancel until midnight of the third business day after the day the buyer signs an agreement that complies with that part. The emergency exception in subsection (5) needs the buyer's request for goods or services without delay because of an emergency, a substantial beginning by the seller in good faith before the notice, and, for goods, goods that cannot be returned in substantially as good condition. Written notice goes to the address in the agreement. Mail is effective when deposited. Notice is enough if it shows the buyer does not want to be bound. If the sale is also subject to section 5-204, the buyer may proceed under either section.https://law.justia.com/codes/oklahoma/title-14a/section-14a-2-502/
In-person recording consentTitle 13, section 176.4, paragraph 5, says it is not unlawful for a person not acting under color of law to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication when that person is a party, or one party gave prior consent, unless the interception is for the purpose of committing any criminal act. The exception names an oral communication, so it is not limited to a telephone.https://law.justia.com/codes/oklahoma/title-13/section-13-176-4/
State solicitor or peddler licenseSections 2-501 and 2-502 are the consumer credit cancel. They do not issue a statewide solicitor badge. A solicitor permit oklahoma is the city card in the table.https://law.justia.com/codes/oklahoma/title-14a/section-14a-2-501/

The city

Door to door solicitation laws oklahoma change at the city line

A solicitor permit oklahoma is not one state badge. Oklahoma City defines a peddler as a person who travels from place to place and house to house. Norman publishes a separate door-to-door vendor license. Edmond issues the solicitation license to the individual, not as a blanket company license. Door to door solicitation laws oklahoma are that city split. The credit-sale cancel does not write the turf if the visit never hits the pin.

The peddler card does not write Not Home

Oklahoma City can issue the peddler license. Edmond can issue the individual solicitation license. The visit still has to land on the address. Knockdesk is field sales software for the territory and the turf cut from it. Log the visit, including Not Home. Do Not Contact stays off the knock list and off coverage. Opt-in recording asks for consent before the file. Skip recording still logs the outcome. Score does not replace the outcome. Onboarding does not block knocks. Import and export only. The two rows, 31 Redbud Ave and 6 Council Rd, show the pin after the knock.
