# A storm canvassing plan that logs the visit and nothing else

A storm canvassing plan template is the territory, the turf, the owner, and the knock you will log after weather passes. Knockdesk is field sales software for that walk. It does not read weather data, file an insurance claim, promise storm damage, or guarantee a roof. A free trial is not open.

## What belongs on the plan

Write the area, the pack, and the words you will not use. Do Not Contact pins stay off the knock list and do not count toward coverage. Leave-behinds are not a Knockdesk SKU.

**Territory.** Draw it. Do not invent a household count.

**Turf.** Cut work one person can hold.

**The ban.** No claim, no damage promise, no roofing guarantee.

## How the team logs the visit

The close of this page is a walkthrough of the log, not a scare. Recording is opt-in. Skip the tape and the outcome still logs. The score does not replace the outcome.

1. Download the CSV and fill the territory and turf rows.
2. Assign an owner before anyone drives.
3. Log the knock on the address.
4. Keep claim language off the pin.
