## What to say before recording at the door

What to say before recording at the door is the first row: you are recording the visit so a manager can coach it, and they can say no. If they agree, start the file and log how consent was given. If they say no, skip the tape. The outcome still saves. The score does not replace that outcome.

1. Read the line before Start Recording.
2. If they agree, pick Verbal Consent, Written Consent, or Will Record Consent, then start.
3. If they say no, Skip Recording.
4. Log the outcome either way.
5. Paste a longer script into Coach if you want it scored. The product does not import this card.

## A card in a pocket is not consent on the knock

The CSV can be printed. It cannot prove the rep asked. The visit needs the choice on the knock.

**Ask.** The rep asks. Knockdesk does not ask the resident.

**Skip.** No file. The logged outcome remains.
