# Run the summer on turf they hold.

Knockdesk is field sales software for a summer sales program. The desk holds the 10 to 12 week calendar, the onboarding gate, the contest calendar, clock alerts, and confirmed-sales commissions on one Full desk seat. The sample turf cards on this page, North ridge and Harbor loop, are a fixture. They are not a customer summer.

## A 10 to 12 week calendar for summer sales management

Summer sales management fails the week the roster lives in a chat and Friday is a recount. Knockdesk runs the same 10 to 12 week calendar on territory, turf, My Onboarding, Compete, the GPS clock, and the confirmation date. The table is a playbook. It is not a customer result.

| Window | Job on the desk |
| --- | --- |
| Weeks 1 to 2 | Draw the territory, cut turf, invite hires, and assign the Field Sales Rep onboarding template. |
| Weeks 3 to 4 | First Sprint on knocks. Require finished onboarding. Save as draft, then make it live. |
| Weeks 5 to 8 | A longer game on Conversations or Appointments while clock alerts watch the shift. |
| Weeks 9 to 10 | Head to head stays invite only. Eligibility can still wait on finished onboarding. |
| Weeks 11 to 12 | Score Confirmed sales. Match the vendor file. Pay the rate on the confirmation date. |

## Hold the contest until the hire is done

The onboarding gate is contest eligibility, not a lock on the pin. My Onboarding stays in the sidebar until Completed or Manually Completed. A game can Require finished onboarding. The product does not block a knock from that list. The settings sit on sales onboarding.

**The sidebar.** My Onboarding stays until Completed or Manually Completed. Then it hides.

**The lock.** Sequential Completion keeps later required tasks locked until earlier required work is done or submitted.

**The contest.** Require finished onboarding is an eligibility switch on the game. A draft stays off the field.

## How summer sales program software goes live

Summer sales program software here is the sequence you run before week 3, not a folder of sheets. Bring the roster to the walkthrough and we will start this on your turf.

1. Draw the territory and cut turf inside it. Assign that turf to the summer crew.
2. Assign the Field Sales Rep onboarding template. Sequential Completion can lock later required tasks.
3. Start a game on Compete. Set Require finished onboarding. Save as draft so reps do not see it yet.
4. When hires are Completed or Manually Completed, Activate the game and make it live.
5. Watch late clock-in at 15 minutes past the scheduled start, and a no-show at 2 hours with no clock-in.
6. Pay commission on the confirmation date. Score Confirmed sales on the game that is still live.

## A contest calendar the crew can actually join

A chat can name a winner. It cannot keep a draft off the field or hold Head to head at invite only. The contest calendar on Compete is Format, Basics, Scoring, Prizes, then Review. Nine formats sit on sales contests, including Territory War for admins.

| Window | On Compete |
| --- | --- |
| Weeks 1 to 2 | No live game. Hires still sit on My Onboarding. |
| Weeks 3 to 4 | Sprint. Metric can be Knocks. Enrollment Open, Invite only, or Automatic. |
| Weeks 5 to 8 | Marathon or Team battle. Metric can be Conversations or Appointments. |
| Weeks 9 to 10 | Head to head. Enrollment stays invite only. |
| Weeks 11 to 12 | Score Confirmed sales so the game and the vendor file use the same close. |

## Clock alerts while the hire is supposed to be out

A summer desk that texts the crew at noon is already late. Clock alerts open from the GPS clock and the scheduled start. Late clock-in is 15 minutes past start. A no-show is 2 hours with no clock-in. The live crew map and the rest of the inbox sit on sales rep tracking. The Active toggle sits on field sales time tracking.

| Alert | In the product |
| --- | --- |
| Late clock-in | 15 minutes past the scheduled start. Over 30 minutes late, severity is Warning. |
| No-show | 2 hours past the scheduled start with no clock-in. Severity is Critical. |
| Clock-in | Active, with location required. Auto-Clock can start on a route or a knock. |

## Pay confirmed sales, not a claimed close

A claimed Sold in a group chat is not a commission. Knockdesk pays the vendor rate whose window contains the confirmation date. If that vendor has no rate, it uses the default organization rate. If neither exists, the amount stays empty. The product never invents a rate. The file match sits on commission tracking.

| What you watch | What Knockdesk does |
| --- | --- |
| The contest metric | Confirmed sales on Scoring. That is the same confirmation the ledger uses. |
| The rate | Vendor rate at confirmation, then the default organization rate. A blank stays blank. |
| The file | The rep column must be the CRM email, exact. Names are not matched. |

## If it is not on the knock, it did not count

The calendar is only as honest as the visit on the pin. The sample knock rows on this page, 418 Oak Ave and 22 Harbor Rd, are a fixture. They are not a customer door. Not Home still saves. A tally in a thread is not a knock.
