# Controls you can ask us to show.

Knockdesk security is encryption in transit, access controls, and least privilege. Knockdesk data security is those same controls on a knock, a recording, and a commission. Knockdesk SOC 2 is not claimed. There is no SOC 2 report to send.

## A recording follows the org settings

The visit your rep recorded is not a file we paste into a slide. It stays on the knock. Who can keep it past the retention window is a manager or an admin. Ask us to show that path on the walkthrough.

We will not dress this page up as a certification. If a buyer needs SOC 2, the honest answer is that Knockdesk does not claim it.

## FAQ

### Is Knockdesk SOC 2 certified?

No. Knockdesk SOC 2 is not claimed, and we do not have a report to share.

### How is field data protected?

Knockdesk data security, as we state it, is encryption in transit, access controls, and least privilege. Recordings follow your organization settings.

### Where do I read about recordings?

The recording page covers consent, the 30-day retention window, and who can keep a file. This security page stays on the controls.

### Do you publish a trust center PDF?

No. This page is the statement. If you need a control we have not written here, ask on the walkthrough and we will say whether the product has it.

### Can I see access in the product?

The activity list on this page is a sample. On the walkthrough we can show how a manager reviews a visit inside the desk.
