# Outside the radius, the visit still saves

Why a visit is marked unverified is a GPS check, not a deleted knock. Knockdesk is field sales software. When Log visit runs farther from the pin than the knock radius, the visit still saves. The toast says Unverified visit. The log reads Unverified visit log.

## Unverified is a badge, not a void

The knock radius is Location Verification Maximum Distance on System Settings. The desk default is 100 meters when that setting has not been changed. Start Knock is the timed visit when you have arrived. Log visit is the path that still writes the door when you are outside that radius. A streak of unverified visits can show as Unverified Visit Streak for a manager. The visit is still there.

**The toast.** Unverified visit. You are outside the knock radius. This visit will be logged as unverified.

**The log.** The knock title becomes Unverified visit log when location was not verified.

**The setting.** Admins set Maximum Distance under Location Verification. That distance is the knock radius.
