# Finish the assigned checklist

The onboarding gate is the assigned template that keeps My Onboarding in the sidebar until the checklist is finished. Knockdesk is field sales software that assigns a template to a Field Sales Rep or a Sales Manager. Status is Not started, In progress, Completed, or Manually Completed. The product does not block a knock from this page. What it does confirm is the sidebar item, sequential locks, approval holds, and contest eligibility.

## What finished means on this desk

Finished is Completed or Manually Completed. In progress stays visible. No onboarding assigned means My Onboarding is hidden and the empty state says there are no tasks. An admin can reset or remove an assignment from User Onboarding and give a new template. Prior data is kept as history when a new template replaces an old one.

**Not started.** The template is assigned. My Onboarding is in the sidebar. No required task is done yet.

**In progress.** Work is open. Sequential templates lock later required tasks. Pending approval holds a submitted task.

**Completed.** Required tasks are done, including approved work. My Onboarding hides.

**Manually Completed.** An admin closed the gate. My Onboarding hides the same way.

Yes. Require finished onboarding is an eligibility switch when you start a game.
