# Match the file to won deals

You match a vendor commission file to won deals on this desk. Knockdesk is field sales software that reads a CSV or Excel upload, maps columns, and confirms rows whose status matches the value you pick. The rep column must be the CRM email, exact. Names are not matched. This is a file in, not a live sync.

## What has to match before a row pays

A row is processed only when its status matches the confirmation value you picked. The vendor on Process upload is required. If no won deal qualifies, a won deal can be created when an active closed-won outcome stage exists. If it cannot, the row errors and no commission is written.

| Rep email (CRM user, exact match) | Must be the user's CRM email. Names are not matched. |
| Status / confirmation | The column that holds the confirmation value you pick next. |
| Address (full line) | One column with the whole line. Do not also map Street through ZIP. |
| Street, City, State, ZIP | All four, if you skip the full address line. |

### What file can I upload?

A.csv,.xls, or.xlsx file up to 10MB. Only the first sheet is processed.

### Why must the rep column be an email?

The match is the CRM email, exact. Names are not matched, so a display name will not assign the row.

### What does the auto-confirm threshold do?

It defaults to 80. A match below it goes to the review queue and is not confirmed.

### Is this a live vendor sync?

No. You upload a file, map columns, and process. There is no live sync.

### What if no won deal matches the row?

A won deal can be created when an active closed-won outcome stage exists. If it cannot, the row errors and no commission is written.
