# Invite the next seat

You invite your team from Organization Settings, then Members, before they knock. Knockdesk is field sales software that seats people as Admin, Sales Manager, or Field Sales Rep. Only an admin sees Organization Settings in the sidebar footer. Full desk is on the pricing page, so each invite is a seat.

## What each invite role opens

People stays empty until someone accepts. Invite reps and managers here, then they show up with their field numbers. Do not invent a fourth invite role named Owner.

**Field Sales Rep.** Canvassing, Performance, and their own Coaching. My Onboarding stays in the sidebar until the assigned checklist is done.

**Sales Manager.** Canvass, Coach, Compete for the teams they lead, and People. They do not get Organization Settings.

**Admin.** The org Compete desk, Organization Settings, rates, and invites. The primary admin also shows the Owner badge.

## FAQ

### Who can send an invite?

An admin, from Organization Settings, then Members, then Invite Member.

### Which roles can I assign?

Admin, Sales Manager, or Field Sales Rep. Owner is a badge on the primary admin, not an invite role.

### What if they lost the email?

Open Pending Invitations and copy the invitation link. Revoke it if the seat should close.

### Does an invite use a paid seat?

Yes. Occupied seats include active members and pending invites. Full desk is on the pricing page.

### Where do they appear after they join?

On Members, and then in People once they have field numbers.
