# Buy the desk on build vs buy field sales software

Buy the desk. Build vs buy field sales software ends on a buy when the job is a territory, turf cut from that territory, and the knock on the pin. Knockdesk is field sales software for that work. A build means you own the map, the visit, and the board yourself. This page does not invent a build-cost dollar. Full desk is on the pricing page. There is no free plan. A free trial is not open.

## What you still own if you do not buy

A sheet of addresses is not a desk. The position is to buy unless you will keep the territory, the turf, and the knock in software you maintain.

**The map.** Territory is the area you draw and assign. Turf is the pack you cut from it. A build has to do both.

**The visit.** The knock needs an outcome. Requires Follow-up is how a return gets a date. Show on Deal Board is how a sit becomes a column.

**The file.** You import a file and export a file. There is no live sync. Recording is opt-in. There is no free plan.

## The pack is the thing a build usually skips

The turf card is work cut from the territory, assigned to a person who can finish it. That is what you buy. The shape on the card is a pack. Full desk is on the pricing page. This page still does not invent a build-cost dollar.
