## How sales competition software goes live

Sales competition software here saves as a draft first. Reps do not see a draft. A sales contest platform on this desk is Format, Basics, Scoring, Prizes, then Review.

1. An admin opens Compete, then Games. A sales manager opens the same Games tab on the teams they lead. Territory War stays with admins.
2. Start a game. Pick a format. Enrollment is Open, Invite only, or Automatic. Head to head stays invite only.
3. On Scoring pick the metric, such as Knocks, Conversations, Appointments, or Confirmed sales. Achievement race is scored on Badges.
4. Add prizes, then Review. Save as draft.
5. Open the game and Activate. Make it live lets eligible reps join and start scoring. Eligibility can require finished onboarding.

## Brackets, enrollment, and who gets in

Close enrollment before you generate a bracket so the field is full. Head to head never leaves invite only.
