# Read Friday from the turf.

You are looking for field sales analytics because the Friday number still lives in a sheet someone rebuilt overnight. Knockdesk is field sales software that reads knocks, territory, capacity, training, and coaching on one field sales dashboard. The sample week on this page is 82 knocks, 11 appointments, and 9 recorded talks. That week is a sample, not a customer result.

## What the dashboard reads after the turf

Sales performance analytics software fails when the chart is a screenshot and the turf is a guess. A sales reporting dashboard for field teams in Knockdesk is Dashboard, the ten starter reports, and the file you schedule. The number has to come from the territory a rep already holds.

**The dashboard.** Dashboard is the first Analytics tab. Starter reports are already there. If Explorer, Reports, and Schedule are locked, stay on Dashboard.

**The report.** Save a query as a report. Chart it with one of 14 types. Share it with the org or a team when you need that.

**The file.** Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly. The run writes PDF, Excel, or CSV. That is a file out, not a live sync.

## How a saved report becomes a file

Field sales reporting software only works if the chart is the same query the manager can open again. Knockdesk keeps that query on the report, then writes the file on the schedule you set.

1. Open Analytics. Dashboard is the first tab and already holds the starter reports.
2. Admins and sales managers can open Explorer, Views, Reports, and Schedule when those tabs are on the seat. If they are locked, stay on Dashboard.
3. In Explorer, pick a source such as knocks, capacity, deals, leads, training, coaching, gamification, territories, pins, or turf packs, then save the query as a report.
4. Choose a chart type. There are 14: line, area, stacked area, bar, horizontal bar, pie, funnel, heatmap, radar, scatter, treemap, number, table, and pivot.
5. Schedule the report daily, weekly, or monthly, as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Recipients get the file. The desk does not keep another product in sync.
6. Read ai sales analytics on that same Full desk. Insights include trend, anomaly, weekly digest, comparison, and recommendation. There is no second Knockdesk plan for that.

## Settings in the product

These rows are what the product stores on a report. Ai sales analytics sits on Full desk with the charts. There is no higher Knockdesk plan.

| Setting | In the product |
| --- | --- |
| Starter reports | Exactly 10: Daily Knock Summary, Weekly Performance Overview, Territory Performance, Rep Utilization Report, Pipeline Health, Lead Funnel, Training Progress, Coaching Scorecard, Gamification Leaderboard, and My Performance. |
| Chart types | 14 types: line, area, stacked area, bar, horizontal bar, pie, funnel, heatmap, radar, scatter, treemap, number, table, and pivot. |
| Sources | Knocks, capacity, deals, leads, activities, training, gamification, coaching, territories, pins, and turf packs. |
| Schedule | Daily, weekly, or monthly. Time and timezone are on the schedule. Format is PDF, Excel, or CSV. |
| Audience on starter reports | Daily Knock Summary and Gamification Leaderboard are for everyone. My Performance is for the rep. The other seven starter reports are for a manager. |
| AI insights | On Full desk with the reports. Types include trend, anomaly, comparison, correlation, top performer, bottom performer, forecast, seasonality, milestone, recommendation, and weekly digest. |
| Tabs | Dashboard is first. Admins and sales managers can also see Knocks, Explorer, Views, Reports, Schedule, and Compensation when Explorer is on the seat. |

## The ten starter reports

The field sales dashboard ships these ten reports. This table is the product list, not a customer's week. Pipeline Health is a starter report on that list.

| Report | Who it is for | Default chart | What it shows |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Daily Knock Summary | Everyone | Bar | Knock count, contact rate, and conversion rate by rep |
| Weekly Performance Overview | Manager | Line | Week-over-week knocks, contacts, and leads |
| Territory Performance | Manager | Bar | Knock outcomes broken down by territory |
| Rep Utilization Report | Manager | Bar | Clocked hours, active hours, break, idle, and utilization by rep |
| Pipeline Health | Manager | Bar | Deal count and value per stage, plus days in stage |
| Lead Funnel | Manager | Funnel | Knock to contact to lead to deal to won |
| Training Progress | Manager | Bar | Lessons, quizzes, trainings completed, and average quiz score |
| Coaching Scorecard | Manager | Radar | Average coaching scores by skill by rep |
| Gamification Leaderboard | Everyone | Table | Points, badges, and kudos ranked |
| My Performance | Rep | Line | Personal knocks and contact rate with a period comparison |

## What a manager reads and what a rep sees

A manager opens the field sales dashboard for the crew on turf they already assigned. A rep opens My Performance for their own week. Ai sales analytics uses the same Full desk seat as those reports.

**Manager.** Territory Performance, Rep Utilization Report, Pipeline Health, Lead Funnel, Training Progress, and Coaching Scorecard. They can save a report, pick a chart type, and schedule the file.

**Rep.** My Performance is the starter report aimed at them. Daily Knock Summary and Gamification Leaderboard are for everyone, including the rep.

## Versus a rebuilt Friday sheet

A sheet can hold a Friday total. It does not keep 14 chart types, ten starter reports, or a scheduled PDF. The table is the product, not a customer result.

| What you watch | In Knockdesk | What the product does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Starter reports | 10 | Seeded on the desk. They keep those names. |
| Chart types | 14 | Line through pivot, including table and number |
| Schedule | Daily, weekly, or monthly | Writes PDF, Excel, or CSV |
| AI insights | On Full desk | Trend, anomaly, weekly digest, and the rest of the insight types. No second plan. |
| Friday sheet | Rebuilt overnight | Not a Knockdesk report |
