## How to use this sales rep onboarding checklist

1. Print or save PDF from the list. Checks stay in this browser.
2. Invite the hire, then open People, then Tools, then Onboarding.
3. Set Sequential Completion, Auto-assign, and Require Admin Approval before you assign.
4. Confirm the hire can knock while My Onboarding is still open.
5. If a contest should wait, turn on Require finished onboarding and keep the game as a draft until you want it live.
6. Bring the printed list to the Knockdesk walkthrough and assign one Field Sales Rep template on the call.

## Where a door to door rep onboarding checklist on paper dies

Paper dies the first morning the hire is already on a porch and the packet is still in a shared inbox. The manager cannot see what is locked. The contest lets anyone in. Friday is a story.

**The inbox packet.** A PDF in email does not stay in the sidebar. My Onboarding stays until Completed or Manually Completed.

**The open pile.** When every task is open at once, the hire skips the form that needed a signature. Sequential Completion locks later required work.
